No corporate or enterprise entities are involved in the operation of this website. By using my services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Bulgarian and European Union law.

Orders and Fulfillment

When you place an order on my website, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

I collaborate with established carrier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority options, to handle the dispatch and transportation of items to my European customer base.

Tracking Notifications: Throughout the fulfillment lifecycle—including order dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local final-mile delivery—automatic tracking notifications will be sent to the email address provided during checkout to keep you informed of your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Timelines: Standard delivery typically requires between 7 to 10 working days. If a shipment exceeds standard timeframes, I will initiate an inquiry with the carrier, and based on the findings and applicable consumer protection requirements, appropriate resolution steps such as a full refund or a replacement dispatch will be implemented.

Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership

In accordance with applicable European Union and Bulgarian consumer protection legislation, the risk of damage or loss of goods remains with me until the consumer (or a designated third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods. Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns (European Consumer Rights)

14-Day Withdrawal Period: In compliance with applicable European consumer rights legislation, consumers located within the European region generally possess a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, starting from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a structural flaw, you may contact me via email (socks@juniorfootjoy.com) within the applicable statutory timeframe, providing visual photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, I will process a full refund or arrange a replacement dispatch promptly in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European Union consumer protection laws. For defective or damaged items, physical return of the item is not required where applicable law permits resolution based on valid photographic proof.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Bulgarian and European Union law, my liability for any direct losses arising from the purchase of my products shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant items, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. I do not accept liability for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by operational interruptions beyond my reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
