We collaborate with established carrier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority options, to handle the dispatch and transportation of items to our European customer base.

Tracking Notifications: Throughout the fulfillment lifecycle—including order dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local final-mile delivery—automatic tracking notifications will be sent to the email address provided during checkout to keep you informed of your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Timelines: Standard delivery typically requires between 7 to 10 working days. If a shipment exceeds standard timeframes, we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier, and based on the findings, appropriate resolution steps such as a full refund or a replacement dispatch will be implemented.

3. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership
   In strict accordance with European consumer protection legislation, the risk of damage or loss of goods remains with us until the consumer (or a designated third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods. Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (European Consumer Rights)
   14-Day Withdrawal Period: In compliance with applicable European consumer rights directives, consumers located within the European region possess a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, starting from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a structural flaw, you may contact our support team via email (socks@juniorfootjoy.com) within the statutory timeframe, providing visual photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will process a full refund or arrange a replacement dispatch promptly. For defective or damaged items, physical return of the item is not required; provision of valid photographic proof is sufficient to initiate the refund or replacement process.

5. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourg and European law, our liability for any direct losses arising from the purchase of our products shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the relevant items. We do not accept liability for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by operational interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
